You will be a key member of the Financial Planning and Advisory to provide critical and actionable financial information, recommendations, solutions and advice to senior management and stakeholders. You must be a hands‑on self‑starter who is ready, willing and able to fully engage in the operational business. You must have excellent analytical, consultation and communication skills to work in a challenging, deadline‑driven environment with a diverse workload.About the jobIn this role, you will:provide financial and analytical expertise on the management of transfer payments and emergency health services grantsmonitor business planning activities and allocations, and perform financial planning, monitoring and analysis, forecasting and variance analysisprovide financial policy development and coordination supportconduct research and make sound recommendationsconduct financial tracking and reporting to assess financial status and issuesprepare briefing materials to support senior management decision‑makingFinancial knowledge and experienceyou have knowledge of accounting, auditing and financial principles, concepts and best practicesyou are experienced in financial planning and budget development, monitoring, forecasting, variance analysis, controllership and risk managementyou are familiar with financial and business planning policies,
