As a Coordinator for the AVI Crisis Response Community Led Team, you will manage daily operations, ensuring high-quality crisis intervention services. Your leadership will involve building relationships with CRCL staff and community partners to enhance the team's capabilities. You will implement person-centered care practices while collaborating closely with team members to address diverse mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and service delivery
• Support staff through coaching and check-ins




• Foster relationships with community care providers
• Supervise confidential case notes and service reporting
• Act as a mobile crisis support leader during shifts
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in mental health services leadership
• Experience with crisis de-escalation techniques
• Robust team coordination and interpersonal skills
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License required
• Commitment to harm reduction and cultural humility
