As a full time Land Protection Specialist, you'll collaborate with local partners to execute vital conservation projects. Your role involves assisting landowners interested in protecting their land through various methods like conservation easements, gifts, or sales. Reporting directly to the Director of Conservation, you’ll be part of a dedicated, small team focused on preserving vital natural spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate and manage land protection transactions
• Collaborate with community partners for outreach initiatives
• Identify and assist landowners in conservation efforts




• Facilitate conservation easements and land transfers
• Support additional projects the Land Protection team undertakes

Requirements:
• Proven experience in land conservation or related fields
