In this pivotal role, you will report to the Regulatory Compliance Superintendent and manage various environmental initiatives. Your experience in environmental, biological, or earth sciences will support operational permitting and regulatory reporting, while your expertise in project management and technology will enhance compliance monitoring and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee environmental management projects and baseline assessments • Prepare comprehensive environmental reports for regulatory purposes • Support GHG Reporting and community liaison efforts • Promote ISO 14001 compliance and develop environmental plans • Lead initiatives for technology in compliance and monitoring
Requirements: • B.Sc., B.A.Sc., or B.Eng. in relevant sciences • Minimum 5 years of mining industry experience • Registered qualified or eligible for registration • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google • Valid driver’s license and personal transportation
