Job Description In collaboration with other providers, the orderly assists with the care of patients under the direction of the resource nurse.

The role works on a rotating shift schedule.

Accountabilities: Maintains, monitors and distributes departmental equipment Transports patients, specimens and supplies as required Qualifications Grade 12 or equivalent Graduate of a personal support worker/health care aide program from an accredited institution (or an equivalent program would be considered) Current CPR certification required Minimum two years recent related patient care experience Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills Requires the ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting on an ongoing basis Experience in an emergency department an asset Must demonstrate Osler''s Values of Respect, Excellence, Service, Compassion, Innovation and Collaboration Excellent attendance, punctuality and work record May be required to work and travel between all Osler sites Additional Information Currently:
