Key Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed 3D models and 2D execution drawings
• Ensure QA/QC for all structural deliverables
• Prepare Bills of Materials and Material Take-Offs
• Maintain compliance with engineering procedures and codes
• Collaborate with engineering and site operational teams
Requirements:
• 4–9 years of structural design experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling tools
• Knowledge of Canadian building codes
