As a Junior Business Analyst, you will assist finance staff with performing various tasks.

Primary duties include: Participate in completing accounting processes for items such as month end close, reporting and analysis.





Contribute to refining and improving accounting processes and documentation across different functional areas in Finance.

Conduct background research on finance related topics such as policies and best practices.

Assist in preparing presentations, financials reports and other documentation such as training manuals and reference guides.

Contribute to the completion and execution of special projects.

Qualifications A High School diploma or equivalency (, GED) and 3 - 6 courses recognized by Chartered Skilled Accountant (CPA).

Preference will be given to candidate with 2 years of post-secondary education with a major in Business, Accounting or a related field.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

Experience with People

Soft Financials or an equivalent financial application would be considered an asset.

Previous experience and/or working knowledge of People

Soft Financial and Supply Chain Management (FSCM), SAP Business Objects and Power BI would be considered an asset.

Demonstrated organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and communicate policies, a high attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
