Our oil & gas client is seeking a Process Orchestration (7+ years of experience) to support Supply Chain process orchestration rollout and sustainment using SCM workflows and enterprise technology platforms This role supports the rollout, adoption, and sustainment of Process Orchestration capabilities across Supply Chain use cases within a large energy workplace.

The position works across SCM, TIS, ERP Sustainment, Accounts Payable, and business stakeholders to improve process compliance, reduce manual effort, and support workflow enablement initiatives.

The role contributes to testing, deployment, issue resolution, adoption tracking, and sustainment activities tied to digital process orchestration investments.

Finance, Business, Commerce, Information Technology, or related field Nice to Have SCM qualified certification such as PMAC or ISM AI-enabled workflow solutions Process orchestration tools Responsibilities Support rollout planning and execution for Process Orchestration use cases across Supply Chain Partner with SCM, TIS, ERP Sustainment, Accounts Payable, business stakeholders, and solution vendors to validate requirements and coordinate issue resolution Translate operational needs into workflow, data, training, and change management requirements Maintain sustainment processes for deployed use cases by monitoring defects, enhancement requests, and recurring user issues Develop rollout materials, training content, job aids, communications, process documentation, and adoption reporting Analyze usage, defect, and adoption data to identify barriers and recommend improvements Support continuous improvement of SCM processes, tools, and standards
