Advise Capital
Markets and Capital Management teams on derivatives, debt instruments, and structured products. Identify legal issues affecting financial contracts and propose practical solutions. Contribute to major projects with significant impact on the Bank’s activities worldwide.
Within the Capital Markets and Treasury Risk Management sector,
you will join a team of 9 lawyers and one paralegal working closely with desks in Montreal, Toronto, Calgary, Current York, Dublin, London, and Hong Kong. Our mission is to deliver high-quality legal support and negotiate key financial agreements with clients internationally.
National
