This is a behind-the-chair job. If you love hair but want to be in charge, this job's for you! 85% cutting hair, 15% admin.
Valid Skilled Trades License Is Required. You will lead a busy, fast-paced, fun atmosphere, family-oriented business that's passionate about quality & excellent customer service. You will continue to follow your passion by leading from behind the chair, as you provide excellent quality haircuts to customers every day.
Expectations Role model/coach for consistent quality & excellent customer service.
Run an effective & profitable saloon.
Recruit & train new stylists.
Create a weekly schedule, based on customer flow.
Work a flexible schedule including evenings & weekends.
Deal with customer and stylist issues.
Provide quality haircuts & excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications Five years of hair salon management experience.
Current Ontario Skilled Trades license.
Skill to use a computer to track customer information.
Dedication to great customer service.
