In this full time position from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, you will lead the management of the work-in-progress and backlog while producing essential technical documents. Collaborate with both internal teams and subcontractors to maintain project timelines and resolve tooling difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee timely completion of customer tasks
• Create and review technical documentation
• Plan and execute projects for production lines
• Resolve process-related challenges in projects
• Conduct follow-ups on service performance with customers
Requirements:
• Engineering degree or equivalent experience
• At least three years in rotating equipment service
• Familiarity with complex equipment and technical analyses
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and with teams
