Our Toronto based client is seeking an experiencedSAP Supply Chain and Optimization Program Manager to join their project immediately on a long term contract.

The ideal candidate should have 10 years of industry experience and a solid foundation in project management along with at least 3 years leading teams and managing diverse cross-functional groups, building trust across all levels, and confidently communicating with senior leadership to drive alignment and results.

This is a hybrid role that requires working in office 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the planning and delivery of multiple initiatives aligned with the S&OP; program.

Lead the full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure) for all projects linked to contracted deliveries.





Develop and implement comprehensive project strategies utilizing Agile or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.

Facilitate team collaboration and creativity by removing impediments, fostering empowerment, and promoting entrepreneurship.

Lead and facilitate team meetings to ensure transparent communication, alignment, and effective problem-solving.

Own and refine project processes to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement.

Manage project risks proactively, adjusting schedules and task priorities to meet committed timelines and quality standards.

Serve as a primary communicator, ensuring transparency and stakeholder alignment across all project phases.

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
