As the H&S; Manager, you will work closely with the VP of Operations and other leaders to enhance the Corporate Safety Program. Your leadership will ensure effective training, compliance, and incident management, fostering a focus on injury prevention and protected work practices throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise training for safety standards among employees
• Participate in Health & Safety Steering Committee meetings
• Develop and modify health and safety policies




• Conduct incident investigations and prepare reports
• Oversee administration of the Injury Management Program

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of senior safety experience in construction
• Canadian Registered Safety Skilled designation
• Knowledge of applicable health and safety regulations
• Solid leadership capabilities in safety contexts
• Experience with audits and compliance management
