As the Clinical Educator and Best Practices Lead, you will report to the Senior Manager of Human Resources and be the go-to expert for training development in both clinical and non-clinical areas. This role emphasizes evaluating and creating training programs to ensure compliance and best practices. You'll champion a culture of education that enriches the caregiving experience for seniors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and implement education programs for staff
• Coordinate with management on training strategies
• Maintain compliance with health service standards
• Analyze and report on training effectiveness
• Adapt educational content to staff needs
Requirements:
• Minimum of two years in a Clinical Education role
• Nursing license in positive standing
• In-depth knowledge of care standards and laws
• Solid communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in project management is advantageous
