Our platform helps organizations identify candidates for non-tech roles who can effectively use AI in real-world work by combining AI-driven work simulations, structured assessments, and evidence-based evaluation methods. We're looking for an I/O Psychologist to help ensure our assessments are scientifically rigorous, valid, fair, and aligned with best practices in personnel selection. What You'll Do
Design and review AI hiring assessments and work simulations. Develop competency models for AI-enabled roles. Create and refine structured interview questions and scoring rubrics. Advise on assessment validation (content, construct, criterion-related validity).
Help establish reliability and psychometric quality. Ensure assessments minimize bias and follow qualified guidelines. Advise on adverse impact, fairness, and ethical AI use in hiring.
Work closely with our founders to translate I/O psychology research into practical hiring tools.
We're Looking For
Master's or PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or a related field. Experience in personnel selection or talent assessment. Solid knowledge of psychometrics and assessment validation. Experience with structured interviews and work simulations. Familiarity with hiring regulations and assessment best practices. Interest in AI and the future of work. Nice to Have
Experience building pre-employment assessments. Experience validating hiring tools in organizations. Publications or consulting experience in personnel selection. Familiarity with AI-assisted hiring or algorithmic assessment.
