In your role as Section manager, Actuarial, Analyses and Business Solutions QC, Commercial Lines, you will be responsible of the relationship with our internal partners, including the Growth, Marketing and Distribution teams.

You will also collaborate with the project, research, performance, pricing, and underwriting teams.

You will participate to growth orientations and ensure the implementation of analytical solutions within the team.

More specifically, you will be required to: Support the manager in the work organization, strategic planning, and operational planning of the unit Ensure the development, implementation, and monitoring of an action plan for his/her unit, aligned with the company''s strategic orientations, with a vision of performance management in a context of growth ambition Define and ensure the implementation of activities related to the units services to maximize the targeted business results and ensure the satisfaction of members and clients Establish management and communication practices that promote change management, talent attraction and retention, skills development,



and employee development Manage individual and collective performance to facilitate the execution of the unit''s business plan.
