Our Telecommunications client is seeking a Senior IT Scrum Master (10+ years) to enable Agile delivery using Scrum practices and scaled Agile frameworks Join a technology delivery environment supporting multiple concurrent IT initiatives within a scaled Agile framework.

This role facilitates Agile delivery processes, supports backlog and sprint execution activities, and works across teams to improve delivery flow, collaboration, and transparency.

The position supports complex initiatives requiring coordination across Product Owners, Project Managers, stakeholders, and delivery teams.

Contract, Onsite (4 days per week onsite, 1 remote) Must Haves 10+ years as a Scrum Master in an IT delivery setting supporting complex initiatives across multiple concurrent assignments Agile , Scrum , scaled Agile delivery , backlog management , and sprint execution Hands-on use of Jira , Confluence , and Microsoft Office for collaboration, planning, and reporting Dependency management , continuous improvement , and Agile facilitation across cross-functional delivery teams Nice to Have Certified Scrum

Master (CSM),



Skilled Scrum Master (PSM), Protected Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certification Scaled Agile reporting and delivery coordination across multiple work streams Responsibilities Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, Scrum-of-Scrums, and related reporting activities Partner with Product Owners and Project Managers to support backlog prioritization, estimation, planning, and tracking Protect teams from distractions, competing priorities, and unplanned work during sprint execution Identify, escalate, and remove delivery impediments impacting project outcomes Coach teams on Agile values, Scrum practices, estimation, capacity planning, and self-organization Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, team metrics, delivery insights, and feedback loops Prepare reporting on sprint progress, backlog health, delivery velocity, risks, defects, impediments, and open items
