Responsibilities Diagnose and repair on- / off-road and heavy duty vehicles and equipment to meet preventative maintenance schedules, ensure proper function, and meet vehicle safety and quality goals Assist with entering data in the mechanics maintenance and repair database (e.g., Web Fleet Assistant (WFA))



Communicates concerns or escalates unusually complex or persistent problems to the Foreman or other manager Responds to service calls for equipment breakdowns when no supervisor is available to assist in diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues arising from the Control Room, Dispatch, or Drivers Education Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanics license Red Seal Heavy Duty Journeyman Certification Required Valid Class 5 class driver''s license with a explicit drivers abstract that meets Purolators insurance requirements.

No more than four (4) demerit points. 3 year of experience as a Diesel Mechanic is required.
