As a vital member of the Human Services team, the Program Analyst will support the management of housing and homelessness initiatives. Your responsibilities will include evaluating policies, developing programs, and preparing analytical reports for senior management. You will collaborate with multiple business units to ensure effective service delivery tailored to the unique needs of Peel's diverse communities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and evaluate impacts on client services
• Develop and maintain housing client service programs




• Collect and evaluate client service data from diverse sources
• Advise management with information and analytical reports
• Manage program work plans and provide progress updates

Requirements:
• College Diploma in Human Services or related field
• Minimum of three years’ experience in housing and homelessness
• Solid research and analytical skills
• Knowledge of relevant policies and legislation
• Vulnerable Sector Check authorization
