Job Description Platform Technical Lead (e-Transfer, IRIS Framework) Location: Toronto, ON Work Model: 100% Remote Experience Required: 8+ Years Required Skills Temenos IRIS Framework API Deployment & Integration Temenos Integration Architecture Field-Level Mapping (Payments / AA Products) API Performance Tuning (NFR) Role Description Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for platform development aligned with business goals and user experience.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to platform teams, ensuring best practices in architecture, design, and development.

Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, and product managers.

Ensure platform architecture is robust, scalable, secure, and high-performing.

Implement and maintain metrics to monitor platform performance, reliability, and user engagement.

Lead platform projects from planning through delivery.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver platform solutions.

Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.

Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Must Have Hands-on experience with Temenos IRIS Framework.

Experience deploying APIs.





Experience with field-level mapping on Payments or AA Products to produce Interface Requirement Documents (IRDs).

Experience in API performance tuning across integration layers.

Solid understanding of Temenos integration architecture.

Valuable to Have Canadian Financial Institution (FI) experience.

Required Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in platform development, integration, and management, including 2+ years in technical leadership.

Understanding of Canadian banking and/or payments ecosystem is an asset.

Familiarity with Dev

Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.

Proficiency in Web, Application, and Database platforms.

Robust understanding of AWS, Azure, API development, and microservices architecture.

Experience with multi-server environments.

Working knowledge of Dev

Ops principles.

Experience with Splunk.

Solid technical leadership, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management skills.
