Provide security and resident support as a Concierge in Ontario’s vibrant Toronto area. This role involves responding effectively to requests while ensuring safety.

FirstService Residential is seeking a Security Concierge who is both detail-oriented and self-motivated. You will serve as a primary contact for residents, assisting with their inquiries and managing security measures. Your responsibilities will incorporate both customer service and safety enforcement while maintaining organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and address residents’ needs promptly
• Patrol the property and ensure emergency protocols are followed
• Manage access schedules and vendor communications




• Maintain confidentiality of resident information
• Follow up on daily logs and report entries

Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Security License is a must
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Experience or coursework in Business/Hospitality is advantageous
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and manage extended periods of sitting or standing
• Solid verbal communication skills for effective client interaction
