Become a Senior Optimization Specialist in Grande Prairie, with a 4 days on, 3 off schedule. Focus on optimizing oil and gas wells using advanced surveillance systems and tools. In this contract role, you will be responsible for monitoring production and implementing artificial lift strategies over seven years of oil and gas expertise.
Your work includes collaborating with various teams to improve production efficiency and resolve operational challenges. Mentoring team members and engaging in technical processes will be key components of your success. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and optimize well performance data actively
Collaborate with Production Engineers on optimization tasks
Develop and document production enhancement prospects
Facilitate technical recommendations in Well Review processes
Mentor team members on artificial lift systems and best practices
Requirements:
7+ years in oil and gas with a focus on artificial lifts
Valid Class 5 driver's license required
Solid understanding of SCADA and related technologies
Technically proficient in Microsoft Office and TEAMS
High School diploma essential; technical diploma preferred
