You will establish project scopes, develop designs and schedules, and ensure project planning aligns with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Establish project scope and alternatives with Business Development
• Develop preliminary designs, cost estimates, and schedules
• Facilitate project planning sessions for cooperative input
• Review and provide feedback on Class estimates
• Maintain project portfolio prioritization model for strategic alignment
Requirements:
• Engineering degree and qualified designation (P.Eng)
• Minimum 10 years of pipeline or oil/gas processing experience
• Familiarity with Canadian codes and regulations
• Proficient in cost estimating and project management best practices
• Clean criminal history and valid driver's license
