Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Marketing Designer (57 years) to create personalized digital marketing communications across email, CRM, and app-based channels Join a newly transformed agile marketing organization supporting personal banking product campaigns through multi-squad collaboration.

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, 1 DAY A WEEK IN OFFICE /ONE FRIDAY A MONTH 12 months Must Haves 57 years of design experience producing high-quality digital marketing assets Expertise in email , CRM , and 1:1 lifecycle communications within marketing environments Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator Robust grasp of layout , typography ,



and visual storytelling principles Knowledge of accessibility standards including WCAG and AODA Nice to Have Experience in financial services or other regulated environments Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM tools Experience with Figma Background in agency or digital marketing settings Exposure to agile or squad-based delivery models Responsibilities Design personalized client communications across email, CRM, and app-based digital channels Translate business briefs into engaging, brand-compliant creative concepts Collaborate with marketing, copy, product, and compliance stakeholders within agile squads Ensure creative output adheres to accessibility and regulatory standards Develop layouts, execute production assets, and manage multiple concurrent projects Contribute to creative reviews and maintain design consistency across initiatives
