Key Responsibilities:
• Develop highway and drainage structure designs
• Create detailed design drawings and specifications
• Review design work produced by internal teams and external consultants




• Assess and evaluate tender documents for projects
• Oversee contract management processes

Requirements:
• Skilled Engineer (P. Eng.) registration or eligibility
• Significant experience with roadway design and hydrology
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil3D and related software
• Knowledge of tendering processes and contract specs
• Valid Class 05 driver’s license in Newfoundland
