As a vital member of our team, you will supervise field crews and oversee electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate has a strong leadership background, exceptional organizational skills, and at least seven years of in office electrical experience, ensuring all work is compliant with ESA standards. You'll communicate effectively with various stakeholders and maintain project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise field crews at various job sites
• Plan and execute electrical projects efficiently




• Ensure compliance with ESA standards and safety protocols
• Manage daily site operations, materials, and labor
• Communicate with clients and project coordinators effectively

Requirements:
• 7+ years of electrical field experience
• 309A Construction & Maintenance Electrician License
• Fire Alarm Certification and First Aid Certification
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills
• Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety standards
