As Right Traffic continues its expansion, we are looking for an organized Benefits Specialist to manage various employee benefit programs. Key responsibilities include administering medical, dental, and retirement plans, handling open enrollment, and acting as the main contact for employee inquiries. The success of this role hinges on your ability to oversee compliance with federal and state regulations while ensuring exceptional employee support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer various employee benefit programs, including health and retirement plans
• Manage annual open enrollment activities and conduct education sessions
• Serve as a liaison between employees, carriers, and vendors for issues
• Perform audits and reconcile carrier invoices monthly
• Support compliance with ACA, COBRA, and ERISA regulations
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in U.S. perks administration
• Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and employee perks
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft applications
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
