Your responsibilities include managing project timelines, performing repairs, and developing preventive maintenance programs. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all maintenance projects and team performance
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures
• Supervise routine repairs including plumbing, electrical,

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in building maintenance preferred
