In this full time role, you will provide crucial leadership and operational support to enhance safety measures in our fiberglass pool manufacturing plant. With over 5 years of EHS experience, your contributions will significantly reduce risks, improve performance, and support sustainable practices while collaborating with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead EHS initiatives at the Kingston manufacturing site
• Cultivate an engagement-driven safety culture
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations




• Manage incident investigations and corrective actions
• Coach and train managers on EHS best practices

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or OHS certification
• 5+ years of EHS leadership experience
• Knowledge of Ontario safety legislation
• Certified First Aid attendant or willing to become certified
• Experience in managing compliance programs
