You'll utilize insights from sales data to create actionable training interventions and partner with managers to foster coaching abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop onboarding and ongoing training programs
• Maintain a library of coaching materials and resources
• Identify gaps in sales processes and propose solutions




• Facilitate regular call review and feedback sessions
• Partner with leadership to track training effectiveness

Requirements:
• At least 3 years in sales enablement or L&D; roles
• Proven track record in high-volume inside sales
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Experience with CRM and call recording tools
• Prior HVAC or home services experience preferred
