In this role, you will care for organ transplant recipients, handling medical issues and providing comprehensive support to patients during critical phases of recovery. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and support post-operative transplant patients
• Deliver immunosuppressive therapies and manage TPN
• Execute venipuncture and IV administration




• Conduct assessments and manage EKG monitoring
• Participate in patient care team collaborations

Requirements:
• Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum one year in a medical/surgical setting
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
• B.Sc.N. preferred and previous transplant experience advantageous
• Solid decision-making abilities required
