With more than five years of experience in a consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment, you will analyze market data, manage product assortments, and support impactful product launches to improve portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop channel-specific product strategies aligned with market needs
• Analyze data to identify current product opportunities
• Manage pricing, profitability, and SKU optimization
• Train sales teams on product features and launch strategies
• Collaborate across functions like Sales and Marketing
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years in channel or product management
• Experience with major retailers like Walmart and Amazon
• Knowledge in personal care and qualified haircare
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
