As a key leader within Dillon, you will drive the evolution of digital design practices from any of our offices including Calgary and Edmonton. Your role involves overseeing CADD, BIM, and related standards to enhance project delivery. You will foster collaboration among practice leaders and technical teams, ensuring that digital workflows align with client needs while facilitating strategic vendor partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish firm-wide digital modeling framework, including CADD and BIM
• Align digital workflows with diverse client requirements
• Promote adoption of enterprise templates and workflows




• Build consensus among technical leaders for standardized practices
• Ensure integration of standards into project delivery and QA/QC processes

Requirements:
• 10+ years in technical design or engineering
• 5+ years in leadership for digital delivery or standards governance
• Robust knowledge of CADD/BIM software
• Proven ability to effect change across teams
• Experience in multi-discipline consulting settings
