Plan arrivals, including r eturning guests and VIPs, to ensure they enjoy a personalized stay.

Coordinate daily accommodation operations, liaise with other departments including individual and group reservations, and ensure that our high service standards are consistently maintained.

Support team members in the performance of their duties and contribute to their professional development.

Maintain a regular presence in service areas to ensure that our commitment to aesthetics is reflected throughout the property and that all health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations are respected.





Communicate continuously with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of guest service activities, including inventory management during peak periods.

Serve as a resource person for the team in handling guest complaints, promoting service excellence, and responding to emergency or crisis situations. WHAT YOU''LL BRING Diploma in Hotel Management, an asset Minimum 2 years'' management or supervisory experience in a hotel context Leader capable of inspiring, engaging and mobilizing teams Ability to put yourself in the guest''s shoes and understand their feelings and concerns Quick and effective management of requests and problems Tolerance of unhappy or stressed guests Solid computer knowledge - experience with OPERA PMS, an asset WHAT WE OFFER Passionate about travel?
