Our client, a well-established industrial manufacturer in Central Alberta, is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to develop customer relationships, provide technical solutions, and grow business across Western Canada.
This role is ideal for someone with solid mechanical aptitude who enjoys solving customer problems, working with industrial products, and building long-term client relationships.
What You’ll Do Develop and manage industrial customer accounts
Prepare and follow up on quotations
Troubleshoot customer applications and recommend solutions
Visit customer sites and build lasting relationships
Coordinate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and operations
Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
What We’re Looking For Experience in industrial, construction, manufacturing, heavy equipment, oil & gas, or related sectors
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand technical products




Experience reading mechanical drawings or specifications is an asset
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, self-motivated, and solutions-focused
Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driving record
Preferred Backgrounds Industrial or technical sales
Heavy-duty mechanic or millwright
Mechanical Engineering Technologist
Machining, fabrication, or manufacturing
Construction or industrial equipment
