Production Lead Hand (Food Manufacturing & Meat Processing) Location: Etobicoke, ON Pay: $25 $28 per hour (based on experience) Shift: Day Shift Day Shift- Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM Perks: Health Perks & Onsite Parking We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Lead Hand to join our food manufacturing team.

This role requires previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment and hands-on experience operating a motorized walkie to transport materials safely and efficiently throughout the facility.

Responsibilities: Lead and support daily production line operations Coordinate employees and workflow to ensure production targets are achieved Transport raw materials from cooler/freezer areas using a motorized walkie Assist with line setup, material handling, de-boxing, and product preparation Operate production equipment and troubleshoot basic machine issues Ensure compliance with GMPs, food safety, quality,



and workplace safety standards Monitor product quality and customer specifications throughout production Train and support team members on production processes and safety procedures Maintain housekeeping and organization of production areas Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Minimum 3 years of experience in food manufacturing or meat processing Minimum 2 years of leadership, Lead Hand, or supervisory experience Previous experience operating a motorized walkie is required Experience with meat cutting, forming, packaging, or processing equipment preferred Knowledge of GMPs, food safety, and quality standards Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs) and work in cold temperatures (0C to 4C) Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly wage based on experience Health benefits Onsite parking Stable full-time employment Training and career advancement opportunities If you are an experienced Production Lead Hand with motorized walkie experience looking to grow your career with a reputable food manufacturing company, we encourage you to apply today.
