This role focuses on configuration, data migration, and full-cycle support. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Maximo Consultant with over 10 years in IBM Maximo configuration.

You will handle critical tasks such as configurations, data migration, integration, and testing. Your solid knowledge in Work Management, Asset Management, and stakeholder communication will be key in ensuring project success. Key Responsibilities:
Configure IBM Maximo for optimal performance
Manage data migration and validation processes
Support integrations with SAP/SAP BTP and ERP systems
Participate in testing phases including SIT/UAT
Document processes and communicate with stakeholders

Requirements:
10+ years of hands-on Maximo configuration experience
Expertise in Application Designer and Database Configuration
Solid background in Work Management and Asset Management
Experience with MXLoader/MIF for data management
Proficient in BIRT Reporting for effective analytics
