This temporary full time position offers an exciting prospect for a nurse with leadership experience. Reporting to the Program Director, you will utilize advanced nursing theory and education principles to guide staff and improve client outcomes. Collaborate with site leadership to foster a culture of evidence-based practice through effective training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver clinical education programs
• Support nursing staff in applying best practices
• Facilitate group learning sessions effectively




• Assist in quality improvement initiatives
• Promote evidence-informed decision-making

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience in relevant fields
• Robust communication skills essential
• Teaching experience in group settings
• Registration with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta
