As a Senior Accountant at Elevate Service Group, you'll report to the Controller and manage the complete accounting cycle. Your key responsibilities will involve month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, as well as overseeing financial reporting and compliance. You'll need robust skills in reconciliations, with a focus on process improvement and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own month-end close and ensure accuracy
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
• Maintain the general ledger and financial records
• Act as a primary contact during audits
• Identify enhancements to accounting workflows

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Four+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
• Knowledge of ASPE and IFRS
• Advanced Excel skills
