Your on-ice assistance is vital to executing intermission contests, ensuring everything runs smoothly while keeping fans engaged.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the ice team and liaise with maintenance crew
• Train and motivate ice team members for accuracy
• Provide feedback and resolve issues on the spot
• Assist with on-ice intermission contest setups
• Represent the ice team at Game Entertainment briefings
Requirements:
• Proven supervisory and leadership experience
• Minimum 75% monthly availability for events
• Must work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of physical fitness and hockey skating competency
