Key Responsibilities:
• Assess customer onboarding workflows and create efficiency systems
• Develop automation solutions for manual, repetitive processes
• Collaborate with product and engineering on custom tools
• Analyze operational data for insights and performance improvements
• Design and document operational processes and playbooks
Requirements:
• 3+ years in business operations or management consulting
• Experience in high-growth technology or SaaS environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science
• Solid problem-solving skills in operational contexts
• Experience with data analysis for actionable insights
