In this role, you will oversee the strategic development and execution of resident programs at Wardlaw Residence. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering an inclusive culture, enhancing services, and empowering residents. With your solid experience in program evaluation and team management, you'll be responsible for ensuring high-quality, accessible services and building impactful community relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and evaluate resident programming initiatives
• Supervise and mentor program staff for excellence




• Promote resident engagement and wellness through activities
• Coordinate partnerships with community organizations
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and funding agreements

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or similar
• 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience
• Extensive budget oversight experience
• Proven skills in managing multidisciplinary teams
• Understanding of community service systems and needs
