As a Process Engineer reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, you’ll work on developing and implementing cutting-edge processes for HVAC and Detection and Measurement. Your role will include analyzing current practices, proposing improvements, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Review and modify current processes to improve flow
• Analyze manufacturing layouts for enhanced ergonomics




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product manufacturability
• Utilize Lean methodologies to drive waste reductions
• Maintain manufacturing instructions and process standards

Requirements:
• B.S. in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 8 years in a manufacturing setting
• Robust lean manufacturing and operations experience
• Experience with CapEx project management
• Preferred background in refrigeration or HVAC engineering
