We are seeking highly trained and skilled Security Guards to join our team for a retail store environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure atmosphere for customers, staff, and property while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and patrol retail premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and other security risks
Respond quickly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and alarms
Conduct regular security checks and report any suspicious activity
Provide a visible security presence to deter potential threats
Collaborate with store management and law enforcement when necessary
Write detailed incident and daily activity reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations

Requirements:




Valid Security Guard License (required)
Previous experience in retail security or loss prevention preferred
Strong observation and communication skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods
Versatile availability, including evenings and weekends
