Key Responsibilities:
• Perform risk assessments and negotiate coverage with brokers
• Achieve production targets through effective communication
• Attend industry events to foster relationships
• Independently clarify endorsement requests with brokers
• Document and maintain underwriting files accurately
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of underwriting or brokering in the contractor space
• Active pursuit of CIP or CAIB designation
• RIBO license or qualifying capability required
• Familiarity with legal structures relevant to Canadian market
• Solid technical skills in Microsoft Office
