In this key role, you will manage the entire customer lifecycle while fostering robust partnerships to boost retention and profitability. You will engage with both internal teams and external clients, leveraging CRM and ERP tools to execute service requests, analyze data, and monitor customer satisfaction. Your strategic thinking will drive operational efficiencies and enhance the client experience in waste management services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage communication via CRM for customer and hauler interactions
• Execute service requests directly with multiple hauling partners




• Analyze data to implement predictive solutions for clients
• Collaborate with the Sustainability team on waste auditing
• Participate in Saturday on-call rotations as needed

Requirements:
• 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Proven project execution and multitasking ability
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics
