Key Responsibilities:
• Share responsibility in health equity co-development
• Design staff training related to health equity




• Evaluate existing educational strategies for effectiveness
• Foster discussions on accessibility and cultural safety
• Produce explicit, inclusive communications and reports
Requirements:
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years in education, project management, or related areas
• Proficiency in facilitation and stakeholder engagement
• Experience in mental health or related fields is beneficial
• Lived experience with health inequities preferred
