Located in Powell River, BC we are an established, fast-paced, busy veterinary hospital.
The Client Services Representative position involves the following:
- Serving the needs of our clients and their pets with professionalism and confidence
- Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Invoicing and processing payments
- Electronic Medical Record-keeping
- Communication with clients, veterinarians, and team.
- Hospital Maintenance, including stocking of shelves, cleaning exam rooms and reception area.
The successful applicant will have:
- Previous experience in client service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a large team
- Proficient computer skills
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic is preferable
- Saturday Shifts are a requirement for this position
