The Garry Hurvitz Centre for Community Mental Health is seeking a dedicated Child and Family Therapist for its Community Outreach & Intervention Initiative. This position involves working collaboratively with children and families who may face barriers to accessing traditional services. You will play a crucial role in providing therapy, case management, and virtual support in diverse settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with community stakeholders to engage clients
• Provide assessment, treatment, and follow-up services




• Facilitate therapy groups for families
• Conduct Single Session therapy with team support
• Document all client interactions timely and accurately
Requirements:
• Post-graduate degree in mental health discipline
• Minimum three years of related clinical experience
• Membership in a skilled College
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel
