Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee staff management and development activities
• Promote individual well-being, safety, and quality of life




• Monitor delivery of group and individual activities
• Ensure effective communication with external parties
• Complete internal quality compliance systems reviews
Requirements:
• Experience in supporting adults with learning disabilities
• Six months’ experience in a Team Leader role preferred
• Strong motivation and team management skills
• Valid driving licence for service travel
• Commitment to person-centred support
